How does it work?  

1. Check if your flight booking is eligible to participate in the bidding offer
2. Make your offer by entering the amount you would like to pay.
3. Enter your credit card details and submit
4. If your bid is successful, you will receive a confirmation email
5. Your credit card will be billed for the amount you offered
6. You will be sent an invite to submit, change or cancel offers between 7 days to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure, however, you may submit, change or cancel offers as soon as you have a confirmed booking with us. 

	Receive Invitation	If your booking is eligible for an upgrade, you will receive an email invite 7 days prior to your schedule flight departure to make us an offer to upgrade.
	Make Offer	The higher your offer the more chance you have of experiencing Business Class. New upgrade offers, changes or cancellations on your bid are permitted 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.
	Outcome Advised	We will email you to let you know whether your Bula Bid Upgrade offer has been successful or not at any time until 18 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.
